Staybridge Suites Detroit-Utica, An Ihg Hotel exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay over the New Year. the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring a warm welcome for me and my partner upon arrival. the room we stayed in was not only impeccably clean but also spacious, feeling more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room, complete with a full kitchen that I absolutely loved for its convenience. Right from the start, the hotel's attention to detail was evident - from the festive and cozy lobby to the black-out curtains that made for a restful night's sleep. Although the hot tub was closed due to the cooler weather, the pool area and deck looked inviting for warmer days. It's worth noting that the location felt safe and convenient for all our planned activities in and around Detroit. the staff continued to impress with their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, such as promptly fixing a broken cabinet door in our room without any hassle. To the excellent amenities, such as the 24-hour convenience area and comfortable beds, the hotel's proximity to the Mall at Partridge Creek provided a unique shopping experience. Being able to bring along our two dogs made our stay even more enjoyable, thanks to the pet-friendly environment curated by the caring and welcoming staff, particularly Buki Sumaj who was exceptionally accommodating. Overall, Staybridge Suites Detroit-Utica, An Ihg Hotel stands out as a top choice for anyone looking for a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service in the charming town of Utica, Michigan. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers, whether on business or leisure, as it truly feels like a home away from home with a touch of luxury.
